Week 5- Grief, Loss, and Depression session covers the grieving process and losses related to caring for someone with dementia or a chronic illness.

Target Audience
Unpaid and Partially Paid Family/Natural Caregivers.
Practice Level: Beginner and/or Intermediate.
Learning Objectives
- Participants will discuss the relationship between loss and grief.
- Participants will discuss 2 models of the grieving process.
- Participants will be able to define depression and identify the symptoms of depression.
- Participants will identify strategies to cope with loss, grief, and depression.
- Participants will practice art as a stress management technique.
