Program Description:

Arizona Complete Health-Complete Care Plan will be offering the Online Stress-Busting Program for Family Caregivers of Persons with Chronic Illness™ (SBP) for family caregivers. SBP is a wellness training program that is evidence- based and provides caregivers the tools and techniques they need to help them take care of themselves. This program also teaches caregivers coping skills to effectively respond to the stress related to being a caregiver. This program is offered at no cost.

During this program caregivers will:

• Learn about stress & it's effects.
• Practice stress management techniques
• Develop problem-solving skills

This a 9-week online program. Each weekly session will take place on the same day and time every week. Weekly virtual sessions are an hour and a half.

Program Eligibility: 

To be eligible for this no-cost program, participants must:

1. Be 18 years of age or older and reside in the state of Arizona..
2. Have access to a device with a camera (laptop, tablet, or phone) and have internet access.
3. Be an unpaid or partially paid family caregiver, taking care of an adult living with a chronic illness.
4. Be able to commit to participating in the 9-week program.
5. Agree to following the Community Standards for SBP that will be sent after registering for the program and will also be reviewed in the program.

Training is offered by Arizona Complete Health-Complete Care Plan and will be facilitated by two of the following Master Trainers or Facilitators.

*Note: To offer the most optimal learning experience, there is an established minimum number of participants for SBP. If this number is not met, the start date will be adjusted. Registrants will be notified.
