This training enhances and advances the education of the audience by providing evidenced based resources, tools and strategies that will allow the professional proactively navigate potential detriments of compassion fatigue, burnout, primary trauma (vicarious trauma) and secondary trauma, as well as increase and maintain positive compassion satisfaction and professional quality of life.
