Once you register for a course, self-unenrollment is not available.

• If you received a Zoom link or calendar invite for a session you do not plan to attend, simply remove it from your calendar to avoid confusion.
• If you miss a live instructor-led event, the course will automatically be removed from your transcript after 14 calendar days. No action is required on your end. Our system does not allow learners to disenroll from instructor-led courses. All instructor-led courses will drop off your pending activities if not completed / attended. 
• For on-demand courses only: If you prefer to be removed from a specific course, you may submit a Contact Us inquiry. This is optional, as non-attended courses resolve automatically.

You may enroll in multiple offerings of the same course title. There is no need to be removed from one session to join another.  

• Note: While you can attend as many sessions as you want, for courses eligible for continuing education, please check with your licensing board to confirm if attending the same course more than once results in additional credit.
