If your certificate is not displaying your license number...

Verify your profile settings.

  1. Log in to the system.
  2. Click on My Account in the top-right corner.
  3. Select the Edit tab.
  4. The page defaults to Account. Click on Profile.
  5. Scroll to License and Credential Details.
  6. Update your license information. For each license, you must select a License or Credential Board Type from the drop-down.
    • If the field shows -None- in this section, your license number will not appear on your certificate.
    • Select the option in the drop-down that most closely matches your License or Credential Board Type.
    • If your license or credential type does not have multiple entry options or enough options and you need your license/credential number(s) on the certificate, email [email protected] for assistance.
  7. Enter your license in License or Credential Number exactly as you want it to display.
  8. To add more licenses, click Add Another and repeat the steps above.
    • Please note that you can only use one License Type per License Number.
    • Example: If you have two counseling licenses, you need to choose License Type #1 for the first and License Type #2 for the second).
  9. Click Save on the bottom of the page.

Confirm your update.

  1. Go to Activities > Completed Activities.
  2. Reopen the course and download the certificate.
  3. Verify your license number(s) appear on your certificate.
