Behavior Management 102: The Process
While this training is geared towards those that work in nursing home settings, many of these skills may be useful for other settings and populations that experience challenging behaviors. This training will continue to help us look differently at the behaviors of those we care for to help manage and/or reduce the occurrence of challenging behaviors and their intensity. It will also increase collaboration between staff and patients while supporting person-centered care and positive relationships with our patients. Behavior Management 101 is encouraged prior to attending this training.
If you need ADA Accommodations, please email us with the name and date of the training at least 3 weeks in advance at: [email protected].
