This training equips Outpatient Behavioral Health providers with best practices for evidence‑based treatment planning and documentation by applying Medical Necessity Criteria (MNC), using SMART goals to connect documentation with measurable member progress, and integrating discharge planning throughout treatment to support continuity of care.
