To join your instructor-led training, follow the below steps:

  1. Enroll in the course. Register for the course you're interested in (see How To Register for Courses). If you're already enrolled, go to My Activities > Pending Activities to access it.
     
  2. Launch the course. On the course overview page, click Take Course.
     
  3. Start the course. Review the "Course Instructions" page, then choose one of the following:
    • Option 1: Click Start Course in the bottom-right corner. If the button is greyed out, use Option 2.
    • Option 2: From the Course Progress menu on the left, select Welcome, then click Start.
       
  4. Review the Welcome Page. Read the course navigation details, requirements, and instructions for accessing the live session. Click Next to continue.
     
  5. Download handouts (if applicable). If your training includes materials, download them from the Handouts for Training page before the live session. Click Next when finished.
     
  6. Join the training. On the Join Training page, use the provided link to access the live session (opening it in a new window is recommended). After the session, return to the learning management system to complete any required post‑training activities.
