To join your instructor-led training, follow the below steps:
- Enroll in the course. Register for the course you're interested in (see How To Register for Courses). If you're already enrolled, go to My Activities > Pending Activities to access it.
- Launch the course. On the course overview page, click Take Course.
- Start the course. Review the "Course Instructions" page, then choose one of the following:
- Option 1: Click Start Course in the bottom-right corner. If the button is greyed out, use Option 2.
- Option 2: From the Course Progress menu on the left, select Welcome, then click Start.
- Review the Welcome Page. Read the course navigation details, requirements, and instructions for accessing the live session. Click Next to continue.
- Download handouts (if applicable). If your training includes materials, download them from the Handouts for Training page before the live session. Click Next when finished.
- Join the training. On the Join Training page, use the provided link to access the live session (opening it in a new window is recommended). After the session, return to the learning management system to complete any required post‑training activities.
