Your Zoom Link is Unique to YOU. Do Not Share It.

When you enroll in an instructor‑led training, the Join Training item in your course generates a Zoom link that is unique to you and is tied to your user ID in the system.

Important Guidelines:

  • Do not share your Zoom link. Sharing your link can interfere with attendance tracking and may delay or prevent your completion from being processed.
  • You must be enrolled in the course BEFORE the training start time. A Zoom link is generated only after enrollment. Learners will not be able to enroll once the course begins.
  • Each person must enroll individually. Because attendance and credit are tracked per learner, joining a training without enrolling with your unique log-in credentials will not count.

To avoid issues:

  • Enroll in the course before the session begins.
  • Join using your own Zoom link from the Join Training item or from the email/calendar invite you receive.
  • Do not forward your unique Zoom link.
