Effective Communication Impacting Member Outcomes
Communication is fluid and is always evolving. This training will address how to work with a variety of populations in a manner of curiosity and an openness to learning. The goal is to empower clinicians to build better rapport with members. This training will provide skills and tips to continue professional growth in ways to communicate that will bridge gaps and fragmentation in the healthcare system. Clinicians will learn how to address literacy barriers. Considering the cultural aspects of the members can be a vital key to providing quality care to an ever-growing diverse population. Participants will gain information on best practices for working with members in a virtual format. Finally, the presentation will address different types of communication tools and resources that are available for clinicians and members.
