Long Term Services and Support and Who We Serve

This training will provide those who work in Long Term Services & Supports (LTSS), including direct care workers, a high-level review of LTSS and an overview of the various populations that are served in LTSS. This training will also review conditions those receiving LTSS services may live with and the activities of daily living and/or instrumental activities of daily living that consumers may need support with in LTSS.

Target Audience

Unlicensed and licensed LTSS professionals and stakeholders including, but not limited to, direct care workers, administrators, facility staff, home health staff, nursing aides. Unlicensed and licensed behavioral health professionals including, but not limited to, social workers, graduate-level counselors, therapists, and substance use professionals. Unlicensed and licensed health care professionals including, but not limited to, nurses.

Practice Level: Beginner and/or Intermediate.
