Test-Rachael- Integrated Healthcare for all Providers

This is a live, instructor-led training scheduled for November 13, 2025 from 12:30 pm-2:00 pm CST.  The attendee must access the Zoom room no more than 15 minutes prior to the start of the training and connect audio via their device or call the conference number. Attendee must be in the room individually, be able to access audio, attend the entire training, complete a post test and evaluation in order to receive credit and access their certificate.

Description  

The training highlights on defining integrated healthcare, review of the Integrated Practice Assessment (IPAT), discuss the framework to integration approach, and provide best practices for all clinicians.

 None

Target Audience

Licensed and unlicensed Behavioral Health, Physical Health, and Addiction Healthcare professionals. Topic level is beginner to intermediate.

Learning Objectives

  1. Recall the definition of Integrated Healthcare
  2. Evaluate your organization or practice utilizing the Integrated Practice Assessment Tool (IPAT)
  3. Identify three Standard Frameworks for Integrated Healthcare
  4. Demonstrate integrated domains concepts to a case study
  5. Specify three best clinical practices to implement in your organization
  6. List the two integrated care models
